Another change is that the conference sessions will be on Wednesday morning and on Thursday afternoon, leaving Wednesday afternoon and Thursday and Friday mornings for the Networking Time. The Social Activity still remains on Saturday.

Latin America & Caribbean Division Commercial Director
Cyrille Beauviche is the Division Commercial Director of the Dufry Group of Companies, which covers the Caribbean markets, as well as all Latin American markets.
Prior to his transfer to the Unites States in 2014, Mr. Beauviche had been in the position of Commercial Director for the markets of Middle East, Easter Europe CIS and Asia / Pacific. Prior to that, Cyrille Beauviche had been in various Retail Operation positions at the Group’s headquarter. Mr. Beauviche joined Dufry Group in 2007.
Prior to Dufry, Cyrille Beauviche worked for 5 years in consulting companies specialized in Strategy, Organization & Management, and 3 years in project management position at Mc Donald’s headquarters.
Cyrille holds a degree in Business Administration from the school of ESLSCA Paris.
The 12th October of 1972, the Uruguayan Air Force plane carrying teenagers members of a Uruguayan rugby team, their friends and family members, crashed into the Andes Mountains.
Dr. Roberto Canessa with Nando Parrado stunned the world after crossing the Andes during eleven days under extreme conditions and without equipment and climbing 15,000 feet in the snowcapped Andes, to guide rescuers back to fourteen friends still trapped in the mountains seventy-two days after their plane crashed. Dr. Canessa being a medicine student was one of sixteen passengers who survived after extreme conditions, temperatures below zero, injuries, starvation and isolation.
He is also very well known for his work with newborn patients and prenatal echocardiography in Uruguay.

Gustavo Fagundes is currently CEO of Dufry Brazil and Bolivia, where previously, in 2006, he served as COO of Dufry South America.
In his career he held various positions in Brasif, most recently as Operations Vice President, and worked for grand corporations such as AmBev and Accenture.
He graduate in Business Administration and Management by EAESP / Fundação Getúlio Vargas - SP / Brazil, has a Master in International Economics and Management from University of Bocconi in Milan - Italy, Executive MBA by the Corporate University of AmBev , as well as a Certificate in General Management from Harvard Business School.

Sandro is a generalist executive with more than twenty years of comprehensive marketing, business development, and general management background.
Mr. Fernandes started his carrier at InBev as Sales and Operations Manager, in São Paulo and cities around, Brazil.
Later he started work on the Iguatemi Empresa de Shopping Centers, for more the 12 years and his last position was General Manager at Shopping Iguatemi Sao Paulo.
After this twelve year experience, he was invited to work at Tiffany & Co. as General Manager.
Following that experience he also worked as CEO on the Loungerie S/A, later he was invited to work as General Manager in the Shopping Leblon.
Now a days, since January 2014 he has been the Chief Commercial Officer at RIOgaleão International Airport.

Mr. Melconian is founder and director of M&S Consultores, one of the most important finance and economics consulting firms in Argentina. As Director of M&S, he provides consulting services to top international and local organizations about the Argentinean and Latin American economic situation. He prepares short to medium term scenarios to evaluate investment decisions. Furthermore, he has led important macroeconomic and industry studies for local and international investors.
In 2002, he created "Fundación para el Cambio" (Foundation for Change), and entity specialized in analyzing the conditions that directly affect the Argentinean and Latin American economic development and that provide recommendations of policy. Mr. Melconian's experience includes consulting for the World Bank and several governments in the region.
He has published a number of studies about Argentinean macroeconomics and the external sector, some of them sponsored by the United Nations Development Program. He is also an active publisher in the press about financial and economic topics.
Mr. Melconian holds an economics degree from Universidad de Buenos Aires and a Master in Economics from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella in Argentina.
In 2015, Mr. Melconian becamed the President of Banco Nación Argentina.

Juan Antonio Nieto is currently head of operations Dufry Caribbean, Flagship and Colombian Emeralds.
Previously, until April 2016 he was responsible for operations in Dufry Brazil as DCOO. In his career he held various positions in Dufry and worked in large corporations, as ALDEASA, C & A Europe, Carrefour, Procter & Gamble and others.
He graduated in Economics and Law from ICADE - Madrid, and an MBA from Instituto Empresa - Madrid.

Independent Board Member at Apollo Management International LLP / EVO Banco Olga works for Google Inc ́s Geo-Commerce team in US as part of the Global Knowledge Product Structure, working across different Geo Commerce initiatives and operating businesses globally.
Previously, she has worked for Google Europe since the very beginning of the company, being one of the first EMEA employees, and has been responsible of creating all sales portfolio in Spain, building up the sales team (divisions run by Industry Leaders) and expanding the team and the business across Spain and Portugal. Her expertise includes creating and managing high performance sales teams, setting strategy and tactics to bring revenue at scale, creating awarded innovative projects at Google, being an outstanding Manager, Coach and Mentor, etc. Main business activities are being advisor of online strategy for different industries and clients, recruiting online specialists, Digital consultancy for brand and performance, PR and Marketing Events, Coordinating Google Sales Activities across Europe, etc. She worked for the financial sector for 14 years, in US and Spain ( Bank of New York (US), Abbey National Bank etc).
She has a Degree in Business (UCM) and an Executive Master Degree in eBusiness by Instituto de Empresa and PDG (Senior Management Program) by IESE Business School (Sponsored by European Union and Comunidad de Madrid). She has also studied Economics and Information Technology at Harvard University (US) and has completed post-graduate studies in Finance at the UAM (Spain) and ESADE (Spain).
Olga has received a Fundación Ramón Areces Grant and has been chosen to be member of the European Union-Comunidad de Madrid Women ́s Leadership Forum. She has also been Patron of the Jerusalem Foundation in Spain and member of the Board of a Children ́s Charity focused on developing communities by education and is an active mentor of IE Business School and associate professor of different Business Schools in Spain.
