Display Space Agreement
My company agrees to pay the designated fee to reserve a display area during the ASUTIL Conference, 8-11 June 2016. It includes the participation of one delegate to the conference. Payment must be received with the stand reservation. Please send the reservation credit card form right afterward you register online. Upon receipt of payment, delegates will receive written confirmation.
I understand that if I do not submit this Reservation Form by April 1st my company may forfeit the opportunity to participate in the display area. I also understand that the display space will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
My company agrees to take full responsibility for the shipping and customs clearance of my products into Chile, and to the Sheraton Santiago hotel and to decorate and dismantle my stand.
I agree to have my designated display area ready no later than 10 pm June 7th and to dismantle it no later than 5 pm on June 10th. All the exhibitor´s materials must be inventoried before being admitted to the hotel. No food and beverages are allowed inside the hotel. All the requests for them and A/V equipments should be done with 2 days notice.
I understand that the organizers will provide a security guard, but if we leave anything unattended in the stand during the opening hours neither the organizers nor the hotel will accept any responsibility for damages and stolen or missing personal belongings.
Cancellations: We regret there will be no refunds for cancellations. Substitutes are acceptable at any time.
Receipts: Receipts will be issued once the credit card transaction is completed. You may ask us to send the digital version at any time, but the original will be given to you during the conference.
Note: It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organizers, to alter the content or the timing of the programme.
